VIRGINIA BEACH, VA – AArrow Advertising volunteers have put a brand new spin on marketing for 11th and 12th grade students at Ocean Lakes High School in Virginia Beach, VA. Members from AArrow Advertising's corporate team partnered up with Junior Achievement (JA) and completed training in San Diego this summer so they could begin to educate students nationwide about workforce readiness, entrepreneurship and financial literacy through the delivery of the JA experiential, hands-on curriculum ‘Success Skills’. In Virginia Beach, an AArrow Advertising representative attended Ocean Lakes High School every Tuesday, starting in October, for the duration of seven weeks to inspire young marketing students to dream big and reach their potential. The curriculum, intended to empower students to better themselves and their communities, included a different lecture each week on a particular success skill followed by a group discussion and team building activity. Jr. Achievement is the world’s largest organization dedicated to preparing and inspiring young people to succeed in a global economy. AArrow Advertising is a franchise company that provides a unique form of advertising to businesses internationally. AArrow Advertising is a dynamic, social-entrepreneurial corporation committed to youth employment, education, economic development and humanitarian advancement.
