Sign spinners will direct traffic, encourage participants at water stations and pump up the crowd. The 20th Annual ‘5K Walk & Fun Run’ benefiting the Parkinson’s Foundation will take place Saturday, May 6, 2006 at De Anza Cove in Mission Beach.
