"Discovering AArrow Advertising came at a perfect time in my life because I have a teenage son to ‘launch’ into the world and sign spinning is the only job he wants to do,” Tammy Hicks said. “My husband and I learned about AArrow Advertising when our son worked as a sign spinner in high school.” 

Prior to finding AArrow Advertising, Tammy Hicks worked in early childhood education in a variety of management capacities and currently operates a small program in her home with 12 pre-school aged children.
