Objective: Subway is using AArrow Sign Spinners as part of its marketing efforts to promote store grand openings, increase customer traffic during the morning, lunch and dinner rush hour and increase the overall brand equity.

Campaign Details:
1) Weekday and weekend sign spinners at Subway - Working together since 2006, each Subway store runs a different sign spinning schedule primarily weekdays from 10 p.m. to 2 p.m. or Saturdays 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
2) Brand awareness - The Subway brand was exposed to several thousand cars daily during the sign spinning campaign.
Results and Conclusion: AArrow Sign Spinners for Subway have been featured on KTLA Channel 5 with business owners saying that sign spinning is an art form that brings people into the store. Subway franchise owners also speak at the AArrow Entrepreneurial Training Academy, an institution that allows professional AArrow Sign Spinners to attend college level classes to work toward a certification in business skills.
