Objective: AArrow Sign Spinners were requested to advertise to Alta Verde’s target market to catch attention, draw interest and generate sales. The sign spinners helped brand a positive image of the community in the local vicinity.

Method: Alta Verde contacted AArrow Advertising to have professional sign spinners at the business location and at the Wide Open Parade in downtown Raleigh, North Carolina.

Campaign Details:

1)    Weekend sign spinners at various Alta Verde locations - Saturday and Sunday shifts from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
2)    Open house events
3)    Location awareness - One sign spinner was at the entrance welcoming all the potential tenants and the other sign spinner was at the nearest busy intersection along with passing traffic.

Results and Conclusion: AArrow Sign Spinners have been servicing Alta Verde in Raleigh, North Carolina. There has been an above average increase in leases and walk-in traffic. AArrow Advertising still services Alta Verde for regular weekend service and open house events. Due to the success of this campaign we now advertise for different Wood Partner Residential properties.
