Objective: AArrow Advertising's goal in advertising for Centex Homes in the Bay Area was to boost the traffic at each sales office serviced and increase phone calls while creating brand recognition.
Method: The Centex Homes Marketing Coordinator made the decision to allocate their budget through television, print and radio advertisements as well as AArrow Sign Spinners. AArrow Sign Spinners soon became a premium means of reaching the public on the ground level.
Campaign Details:
1) Weekend sign spinners at the Centex Homes - Shifts ran from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. with up to four sign spinners at key intersections.
2) Centex Homes recorded more foot traffic the month sign spinners were used than ever before.
3) AArrow Advertising does special promotions during the holiday seasons as well as grand openings.
Results and Conclusion: For the past three years AArrow Sign Spinners have increased weekend traffic to every Centex property in the Bay Area and more recently for several Centex properties in central California.
